Terms and Conditions for the TREK x Biscoff Flapjack Competition

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Natural Balance Foods Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility: The competition is open exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Natural Balance Foods Limited, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not permitted to enter.

3. No Purchase Necessary: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. Agreement to Terms: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Entry Instructions: The route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via www.trekbiscoff.com Internet access and a valid email address are required.

6. One Entry Per Person: Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

7. Competition Deadline: Closing date for entry will be 4th February at 23:59. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. Non-Receipt of Entries: No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9. Entry Rules: Users will need to submit their email address before spinning the wheel for a chance to win a free TREK Biscoff Flapjack bar.

10. Right to Modify or Cancel: The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a major external event (e.g., catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God) or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. Prize Accuracy: The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The Prize: The prize consists of 1x TREK Biscoff Flapjack bar sent to the address of up to 200 winners picked by the random wheel spin selection.

13. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

14. Jurisdiction: This competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

15. Social Media: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms on which it may be promoted.

16. Entry Acceptance: The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
